How much sound can each LifeSound Card store?
All cards are capable of holding 20 seconds of recording time.

How do I get the most out of my LifeSound Card?
Keep cards closed between uses to save battery life.

What happens if the battery dies?
If batteries die, the cards will retain their recording.  Simply pop the card open and replace the three batteries with 390/389 button style batteries.

Is it safe to mail a LifeSound Card?
Lifesound Cards are designed to be mailed.  Each card is built with an internal stabilizer to protect the voice module during transit.

How much postage is required to send a LifeSound Card?
Current United States postage rates are $1.39 for parcel priority mail.  These rates are subject to change.

How do I record sound with my LifeSound Card?
Directions for recording:

Gently pull string to expose button.
To record, press and hold button for twenty seconds. 
You can re-record as many times as needed.
When satisfied with recording, cut red wires, one at a time. This will prevent future recordings.
